Job description
- Closing Activities involving Finalization of Accounts and review of Trial Balance
- Preparation of Balance Sheet & P&L Statement of the company
- Hands on knowledge of Plant accounting and its supervision
- Periodical performance reporting – Monthly, Half yearly& annually
- Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports
- Responsible for statutory Audit, Tax Audit & transfer pricing Audit.
- Financial budgeting and business planning with allocation of responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with Indirect & Direct Tax laws including reconciliation of payment returns
- Ensuring compliance of Factory laws &other government dues like PF PT & ESIC
- Timely & accurate processing Vendor and Expenses Payment
- Tracking of collections from customers and timely recoveries
- Hands on knowledge on payroll processes from accounting perspective.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate must have completed CA- Final/ ICWA – Final / MBA – Finance with experience with budgeting/accounting/planning
Technical competences: SAP FI module, MARS, Indian Taxation and commercial laws
Professional Competence:
- Knowledge of Plant accounting (Cost accounting)
- Knowledge of reporting systems and ERPs (pref. SAP)
- Very Good command on Excel and Powerpoint
Personnel Competence:
- Good English language skills required
- Self-starter, autonomous in work
- Good inter- personal and communication skills
- Good team-work attitude
- Good coordination capabilities
