Excedor Resolvency Private Limited (Excedor), recognised as an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Excedor is in the process of forming a panel of Insolvency Professionals with whom we would be working jointly on case to case basis for undertaking action under the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).

In case of being engaged for a specific account the Insolvency Professional shall be performing the role in line with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time (IBC) and related laws with support services being rendered by us. The IP is expected to carry out its assignment with due diligence and in accordance with prevailing standards of professional ethics with respect to emanating from IBC, related other laws and enrolling/registering Authority where we would be providing support services to the Insolvency Professional.

Interested IPs submit their Details of Qualification and experience along with exposure to handle insolvency assignment.
